I took my car here to find out why my check engine light was on. Got that fixed and when I got my car back , my car was experiencing suspension issues . I was not experiencing this issue until I brought my car to this shop. When I told them if they could cover it they laughed at my face and instantly denied the idea of them causing it. My car is a Porsche and the suspension issues are very expensive . They caused an issue that cost thousands of dollars and they are not willing to cooperate to fix the issue. The prices at this shop are not much less of a dealer so you’re better off taking it to the dealership. Do not take your car here unless you want your car to experience more issues and pay thousands of dollars. Also the service was horrible, they do not update you about your car. You have to call yourself and find out what’s going on. Overall a horrible experience.

I had problems with my Ford Mustang Steeda shredding its serpentine belt over and over. Four different repair shops tried to fix it over two years time but couldn’t find the issue. I found Master Tech Auto on Google and gave them a call, and they decided to try to tackle my car head-on, unbeknownst to me that they specialize in BMW and Mercedes. I later learned the owner of Master Tech has a love for Ford Mustangs and also has had a belt issue similar to mine in the past. It took some investigating but their tech guys figured out what was going on, solved the issue and got my car back on the road again. I’m so grateful they didn’t give up on my car like others had before, even when I was beginning to. Thank you, Master Tech!

I am very pleased with Master Tech Auto. For one, they are really friendly and polite. They also fixed everything on my car that I asked them to fix,and they are still looking for me a door, so that they can fix it too. The price was very reasonable, and they had my car fixed in 1 to 2 days. So if you need your car fixed, take it to Master Tech Auto, and they will let you know if they can fix your vehicle or not, because they mostly do foreign cars. Master Tech Auto, keep up the awesome work, and May God continues to bless you all.

I just want to say how wonderful this company is to deal with. They have to be the friendliest group of people I have ever dealt with when it comes to car mechanics. I had a clear price on what the car needed was ready within a few days and car is running great now. Christy is by far my favorite person. When she realized it was my daughters car and she is a teenager she gave her her cell phone number and told her to call her anytime day or night if she ran into any trouble with the car. I don't know any other company that would give that kind of service and care about young drivers. They are absolutely awesome and will definitely be going back if any other repairs are needed.
