I am very grateful for MasterTech's quick responses whenever they find something wrong. My front driver side wheel bearing was dangerously loose and needed replacement. MasterTech replaced it the next day and with open communication. I am grateful for the concern and initiative they take for their customers. I recommend them any day.

I have just had some service work done on my 1989 e-30 & as always the repairs were done in a timely manner & at a reasonable price. Would not take car to any other place in the area . They do excellent work

I could not be more pleased with the Annual Service and Battery replacement performed on my 2018 Porsche Macan! Although this was my first visit to Master Tech Auto; Christi, April, and Wanda made me feel like part of the family. They kept me informed at every step in the process. The cost of the service was extremely reasonable and fair, and is certainly worth the 1 hour drive up Hwy 321 to Hickory. I will be a loyal Master Tech client from now on !

This morning, my Jeep’s shocks had broken off, and I had to zip tie it to keep from dragging. I was at work, and knew Master Tech was just up the road. I called them, and they were more than happy to fix them. This location is friendly, affordable, and quick with their work! I highly recommend this location to anyone in need of great service, and great mechanics
