I worked for Rick Hendricks dealership for 32 years and was a certified Master technician through Mercedes-Benz North America.

Hi my name is David I started my career as a child working in a small paint and body shop of one of my family members and since then I have followed my passion with cars. I have now been working on vehicle for 18 years and I was thinking about “the best or nothing” experience and became a certified technician by Mercedes-Benz. I became part of the Master Tech family in 2021 to put into practice my knowledge and values such as integrity, discipline and passion which allows our customer to have the best automotive experience.

Living a dream, it’s not my dream but I’m sure it’s someone’s! I jumped out of airplanes for 3 years because I thought that would be a lovely idea… sometimes it was. After that I repaired and launched AH-G4D Apache helicopters for another 3 years and that was pretty cool. I then graduated from Nascar Tech Institute in 2019 and have been working on vehicles ever since and joined the Master Tech family in 2021.

Hi! My name is April I am the office manager and owners daughter at Master Tech. I joined the team in 2019 right before the birth of my daughter. I have three beautiful children and I have been raised around the automotive industry my entire life! I "stepped back" into my position here before becoming a trauma nurse and I wouldn't trade a minute of it! It's been an honor to be apart of the Master Tech family and grow with our customers and staff.

Hi! My name is Wanda Lingerfelt aka "shop mom". I was employed at the city of Hickory for 12 years and retired from Tri-city church after 15 years. I now have the privilege of being the shop mom to this wonderful family. Top notch techs, wonderful owners, three kiddos and 2 dogs; we are all family here! I am truly thankful for the people of Master Tech and proud to be apart of them!

My family and I have called Hickory home since 2009 and I joined the Master Tech team in 2022.
