I don’t take the time to put a bad review but this place takes forever to fix your car. Plus they never call you back when you call with questions and ones the car is ready they bug you to death to pick up. I don’t recommend this place unless you want to pay a high bill and don’t need your car right away.
Alex, my name is April and I am the office manager here at Master Tech Auto. I would like to personally respond to this review since I was just involved in the encounter that took place with my service advisor. I will start by saying this vehicle arrived Jan 12th for a slow battery draw. We were able to verify this issue on Feb 6th after the vehicle duplicated the issue you were having and we did not receive authorization for this repair until Feb 16th. Once we received authorization back to do the repair the vehicle was completed on Feb 17th and ready to pick up that afternoon. We do require authorization on an estimate before doing any repairs to a vehicle which left us waiting for roughly a week before parts could be ordered and be placed back on the schedule. I do understand there was quiet a bit of time before we were able to find the issue since this did involve a slow battery draw that required the vehicle to sit for an extended period of time. However, once the issue was found the vehicle was complete in a days time. The vehicle sat here from the 17th of Feb until today when the vehicle was picked up which did include a discounted storage fee. Alex, I do apologize that your standards were not met here at Master Tech Auto but I surely hope you can find it elsewhere.
