Very expensive and bad communication between the staff, I call to see if my cousin's Z4 convertible roof was fix and they tell me that it is ready so I call my cousinto let him know is ready and to go ahead and send the payment so I can go and pick it up. Well I get there, no one is at the front desk I wait for few minutes I go out I see I guy and let him know I'm there to pick up a car finally the guy gets a lady who gives me the keys and the service receipt. So I go find the car open the door and I noticed parts of the car that haven't been put back in place, then I try to open the convertible roof and it doesn't open. long story short the car was not ready and their diagnosis was wrong.
I do apologize that your experience here did not meet our normal expectations that we strive to provide to all of our customers when visiting Master Tech. We were able to communicate with the owner of the vehicle, your cousin, and resolve this situation. After completion of the vehicle the owner was able to pick up the vehicle and speak to our office manager and understand the process in which it took diagnosing the vehicle properly, getting it repaired and back on the road. He was very understanding and left our facility with his vehicle having no issues. I do appreciate the feedback and would love our customer to give us a call if he has any questions or concerns regarding his vehicle.
