I would like to reply to this review as well as the additional review you left under another name. Our goal at master tech auto is to strive to provide 5-star service. We have achieved our expectations throughout the 12 years in business and have had very little 1 star reviews in ratio to our 5-star reviews. I am the office manager here at Master Tech and remember this experience as I was apart of the process. It was brought to my attention that this vehicle was new to you; with a 30-day tag still on the vehicle and no history of the suspension being replaced. We were asked to perform CEL diagnosis on the vehicle and a tire repair and provided the cost to perform the repair for the CEL that was illuminated. The vehicle was later scheduled to do a repair for the CEL on two different visits; a thermostat replacement, smoke test to confirm evap leak and replace the fuel canister which caused the evap code. At the third appointment this issue was brought to our attention that you felt there was an issue with the suspension, never mentioned on the first or second visit or anytime after the vehicle left our shop. This was mentioned on the day of drop off, the third visit. We did not do a diagnosis on the suspension, as that was not asked to do. However, I was able to advise you that the air-spring suspension is a very common issue on the Germán vehicles and they do fail after a vehicle has sat for an extended period of time, aging and is a normal wear and tear item. We do experience in some cases that when a vehicle is lifted in the air it can cause the issue to be exposed due to the weight being taken off the suspension. We take great pride in our work at Master Tech and pay very close attention to detail when an issue arises. I hope this gives you clarity on the issue at hand and I most certainly hope that you are able to find a shop that exceeds all your expectations and get your 2010 Porsche Panamera running and driving to your standards.
