Great service friendly owners and workers. They will explain what is wrong with your vehicle what damage it could do if not fixed and how soon it should be done. They know what they are doing. It's the only place I let work on my BMW. They were recommended by the car lot I got my car from. I'm glad they told me about Master Tech.

We found Master Tech while my husband was dealing in used cars and I would never go anywhere else for my Benz. They are kind and friendly, explain everything to you and never make you feel ignorant. I truly enjoy going to them for any problem I have. Highly recommended.

I have always been so nervous about having others work on my car, and with my 335i I barely like doing anything to it, its a touchy car, my girl pump regulator went out, my rear wheel bearing went out, Christy worked with me, called my aftermarket warranty company, took care of all the hard work, she really made me feel like family, and as someone who is in the business of customer service this place is A+ it could not be any better! She worked with my warranty getting everything she could to reduce my costs, she kept me up to date with everything that was going on with the car, I am extremely lucky to have this shop in my town. go here people seriously. Todd the mechanic does extremely good work!

Todd and Christy have been so good to work with. I've had them do maintenance and some repairs. All have been excellent. The last repair I was quoted 2,800 from a BMW dealer and they did it for 1675. Honest and amazing folks. Thank you.

Unorganized

If I could give Master Tech six stars I would. I just recently had my throttle actuators changed on my M3. I believe Todd at Master Tech finished the job in about 3 hours or probably less. Plus he put in a thermostat. Everywhere I looked online this job takes 4 to 5 hours. I live in Raleigh North Carolina and I'm honestly thinking about going back to Hickory just to get my car repaired by Master Tech. Christy is very nice, helpful, and professional. If you have a BMW and you're anywhere near Hickory North Carolina take it to Master Tech for repair.
