We had spoken when the estimate was first created several weeks prior to the vehicle being here and we had briefly discussed at that time how long the repair would take. We provide an estimated time of how long the repair should take if no problems arise. Unfortunately, there are times where our estimated time of repair is extended, for example; rusted bolts and damaged parts from the dealership etc. We hope your next experience here at Master Tech Auto goes more smoothly.
