Fred, I sincerely apologize but I am sincerely not certain why you feel you only got a 3 star review with your multiple visits here with us. We have tried to go above and beyond and get your multiple issues resolved and have coordinated pick up's and deliveries to accommodate your needs as well as communicating with the dealership over several issues they could not resolve. I am not certain what more we can do but if there is please let us know..
