Did not understand the billing. Last time they did not charge for towing. This time it seem way to much and was not clear on what was wrong. It seem to be short staff and everyone had diiffer answers. Mason alway May thing Clermont and work smoth. New guy was good but took forever to get car back . Other wise I love this place! Maybe just busy holiday.
Mr. Hayes I do apologize if there was any inconvenience or misunderstanding when the vehicle was with us during your last visit. I do see here in our records that the previous repair was done when we had the ability to pick up and deliver before our driver passed away. We can no longer offer those services which is why there was a tow bill added to the bill upon your request since the vehicle could not be picked up. I do hope that we can clarify that the repair needing to be done was for the front struts in which a previous repair shop had not torqued the bolts correctly and they came lose. We were very glad we found this while the vehicle was at our shop before any other damage was done and we could put you back on the road safely. I do hope this gives you some clarification and as always we appreciate the business and look forward to working with you again in the future.
