1st time customer and very pleased with service I received with April for my son’s lexus. Very friendly, professional, and clean. They didn’t try to upsell me anything not needed like the other shops in Hickory. Will definitely be using them for future needs.

These guys are awesome. Age 49 and have never witnessed better communication from an auto mechanic shop in my life. I highly recommend these folks especially if you have a Mercedes. They did what they said they were going to do, at the price and terms they said that they would do it in.

Our cars always drive like a dream after being serviced at Master Tech. No matter the issue when we take a vehicle in for service, they check the entire car to ensure it is in top-notch condition when you get it back. I am very grateful for MasterTech's quick responses whenever they find something wrong. My front driver side wheel bearing was dangerously loose and needed replacement. MasterTech replaced it the next day and with open communication. I am grateful for the concern and initiative they take for their customers. I recommend them any day.
